Age requirements

Young Driver Fee applies at 19 - 24 years old with charge of EUR 10 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

EU Driving Licence

Driving License of the Peoples's Republic of China, Taiwan Driving License in China are not allowed for rentals in Austria

A cross Border Fee of Euro 45(incl.VAT) per rental is applied，the deposit held on the renter's credit card is to Euro 2000. Above charges are only for reference, please subject to local branch. And please take a note that the manager of the rental station is authorized to grant the written approval which depends on an individual security deposit and the payment of a surcharge on the rental price and which can be revoked at any time； Also Travel to mentioned countries are revocably permitted at any time, provided the Lessor is notified of these before the rental period. In the event of a cancellation of the approval, the Lessor will reimburse the Lessee for an already paid cross-border fee, provided that no border crossing has occurred yet and that the reason for revocation does not lie in a risk-increasing act or omission for which the Lessee is responsible.

Like: The staff were friendly and genuinely caring.
Dislike: My original car broke down because of a problem with the battery. I did not get home until 4am. The replacement car was smaller than my original but they did not charge me for petrol refill when the car was replaced, and there was no problem replacing the car.
