Pick-up Instructions

Please go to the branch address for the rental procedures. After that, the representative will accompany you to the parking lot to pick up the car and provide a short test drive and safety driving education. If you need helpl, please call +6012 407 8229 or contact the Samavest customer service WeChat account provided after booking (WeChat ID: linsisme/linsism3). You can collect parking ticket for Kuah Town or Eagle Square when picking up the car. Please ask the staff for them during pickup.

Pick up time was unacceptable; over 2 hours. The vehicle alarm and EMS was tempremental. Samavest promised a replacement vehicle but did not provide one. On pick up, the vehicle had no fuel. On return there was no-one at the Samavest office to return our deposit until 09:00 despite being assured that they opened at 8am.

The car has been substituted to Toyota Vios instead of Honda City, Not a big deal, I just like the City better. It will be better if the staff already install the baby seat before deliver the car to client, not just left the seat in the car and let client install the seat by themself.
