Our Courtesy Shuttle will pick you up from the Ground Transportation level (1st floor of the Airport) which is one level BELOW the baggage level. If you have flown into Terminal A make your way to pick up area A12. If you have flown into Terminal B make your way to pick up area B12. Our shuttle vans run continuously to and from the airport. A shuttle will arrive at the airport pickup point every 10 to 15 minutes.

Car was smaller than promised. Junky pathfinder not in the class of a Expedition. Had a bad tire and several calls to Ace were ignored, or, I was told several times to just call back later to see if they could find a car with good tires. Just gave up and spent money frequently airing up the tire. Serious lack of customer service. Would think twice before renting from Ace again

It was a nightmare. The agent is so rude. Did not rental after all. What a wait of my time. Will not ever book with you guy again. End up have to go somewhere else for the car in the middle of the night.
