Customer will park the car in the parking lot and an Alamo representative will be waiting for him/her at the rental desk to collect it. After hours service in airport desks of: Heraklion, Rhodes, Corfu cost 20 EUR plus airport fee and VAT. After hours service is from 22:00 to 07:30. After hours service in airport desks of: Alexandroupolis, Kavala, Chios, Kefalonia, Samos, Karpathos, Kalamata, Preveza cost 20 EUR plus airport fee and VAT. After hours service from 21:00 to 08:00. After hours service in airports of Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Araxos/Patra, Chania, Kos, Lesvos, Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Santorini, Zante/Zakynthos, Volos, Skiathos cost 20 EUR plus VAT. After hours service from 21:00 to 08:00. After hours service in all city stations hotel desks cost 20 EUR plus VAT and taxes. After hours service operates from 21:00 to 08:00.

1. This is an On-Request service and is available in specific locations in Greece. Requires written approval 5 working days prior to the start of the rental. To arrange cross-border travel please email reservations@enterprise.gr for written approval.Vehicles must be returned to the agreed station in Greece. 2. Surcharges apply and must be paid at the rental counter. 3. The surcharges are 90 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee per rental and 30 EUR plus VAT and Ap. Fee for each rental day for MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, and INTERMEDIATE car groups. All other car groups are not available for cross borders travel. 4. The vehicles are covered by TPI as long as are driven inside the borders of the country for which it is issued, and no other insurances are available for out-of-Greece rental. Roadside assistance while driving abroad is not available, the cost of the car repatriation in Greece is covered by the driver. A replacement car cannot be offered outside the Greek borders. If the rental is over 1 month, an additional surcharge of 90 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee must be issued at extra cost and 30 EUR plus VAT and Apt. Fee for each rental day.
