Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: Follow signs to the baggage claim area then exit glass doors near carousel number 3, walk to the designated rental car shuttle bus stop and board a common rent-a-car bus for a 4-minute ride to the rental car facility. The busses operate 24 hours a day and depart regularly for the rental facility. Upon arrival at the Rental Car Facility, proceed directly to the Budget rental counter. RETURNS: Enter the rental car return entrance off of 55th Street. Follow signs to Budget vehicle return which is located on level 4. They will lead to the Budget car rental lot. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The rental counters close every night at 2 AM; however, there is an agent on duty in the returns area to check in car returns 24/7.
