    The check in attendant was terrible. He was on his phone the whole time and did not even pay attention to my sign in. He often was too concerned with his phone while I was waiting for him to reply. The vehicle was dirty and disgusting and had a LOCK on the top speed of 70 MPH and Volume control. I called to get this removed and no one could help me.

    The extra taxes and charges from budget have almost doubled the original price quoted on qeeq.com . We extended the booking by 1 day but even so, this is more than expected. It was a great car, so I'm happy to pay it, but it's disappointing that this wasn't clearer. At this price, I would have chosen a different vehicle or pick-up location, and budgeted my trip differently.
