The check-in area in the parking garage is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM and not open until 8AM on Saturdays.     They told me out of nowhere that the car was upgraded. I had no idea about this. The rental company said I signed the contract, but who reads through such a long contract word by word? Not notifying customers about such changes is just taking advantage of those who don't speak English well.
