You can walk to the counter of Budget - Indy Airport,in car hire.
Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Proceed outside the terminal & cross the walkway to the Ground Transportation Center. The Budget counter is in the reception area. Rental cars are parked in the garage behind the reception area. CARS: Located outside of baggage claim, within walking distance (customers no longer have to use a shuttle bus). RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The airport location is open 24 hours. The check-in area in the parking garage is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM and not open until 8AM on Saturdays. During these hours, returning customers please leave keys in vehicle or drop box located nearby. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
