The ACE - Merida International Airport car hire location is in terminal

MEX Rent a Car is the ACE vehicle provider. After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the car rental area where you will find the Mex Rent-A-Car booth. An uniformed Mex Rent-A-Car agent will arrange the shuttle to pick you up and drive you to our main office to collect your vehicle. Mex Rent-A-Car shuttles are blue with the Mex Rent-A-Car logo. Young Driver Fee applies at 18 - 25 years old with charge of USD 10 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 5 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation.You must present your original driving licence with the original IDP at the counter.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full Driving License issued in Mexico
