COUNTER: Airline passengers: Proceed out of main doors in baggage claim area and ride the golf cart/Budget bus or walk to the rental car center. Walk-ups: Follow signs to rental car return area. Enter the rental car center to the Budget counter. CARS: Vehicles are in immediately outside the rental car center. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box at the Budget counter inside the terminal. The terminal is open 24 hours. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
