You can arrive of Centauro - Bergamo Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the terminal building and turn left. Continue along for approx 300mts until you reach the parking area P1EST where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure hall by courtesy bus. On arrival, you will be given more specific details and a map of the area.

It was okay, I rented from them again later for a few more days. The car I got was covered in scratches, probably because it was due for repairs, but I insisted on using the Lynk & Co 01 that I'm used to. Extending the rental wasn't very convenient, as you have to apply and wait for a long time to communicate. Additionally, due to language issues, English proficiency is limited in many countries, so it's best to avoid needing any in-person communication. The fuel deposit the rental company charges is also quite confusing.

The process of pick up was convenient and quick. The personal was friendly and nice. Office was far from airport (about 10-15 min) than we expected. Was shuttle, but we spent many time to find it because there was any pointer. The shuttle driver was very nice to. Deposit for petrol was refunded within 1 day.
