COUNTER: Inside airport terminal at center concourse of Tulsa Intl Airport. Same level as departing passengers. CARS: Cars are within walking distance. Proceed outside & take the stairs or elevator down to the garage. RETURNS: Follow signs for rental car return. Park in any Budget space, return keys & contract to rental counter for check-in. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. The key drop box is located in the garage level right next to the booth. A drop box is also at the counter inside the terminal. The counter is open until 1 am, so the customer can get checked in there as long as the fuel, mileage and contract information is given. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
