Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.     Like: I was first on line at the counter and had a fast transaction with no attempt to sell me insurance or upgrade or anything. That was refreshing! In the lot, The car type I reserved was out. I was standing in the parking lot not knowing what to do when an attendant asked if I needed help. I explained I needed a hatchback and the Kia Soul was gone leaving only sedans. He instantly apologized and told me to choose any upgrade. I got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica with no upcharge. Great service. I shall return..

    I always use Alamo when possible. They are Great. Unfortunatly this time the person outside was unhelpful and the car had not been cleaned inside but the vehicle was very good, so was the gentleman at the security gate.
