Pick-up Instructions

Your rental will be serviced through Enterprise our Drive Alliance partner. Proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain your Alamo rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

M-F 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 1:00 PM - 12: 00AMIf returning after hours please park the car in our parking lot located at 200 S. Walnut St. Then bring the keys into the train station and put in the drop box located on the left hand side once you walk into the rental location.

Canada

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven in any state in the United States. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico. Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. Please reach to the renting location directly for details on cross-border restrictions.
