Pick-up Instructions

1. If you take the Naha City Monorail "Yui-rail", please get off on Miebashi eki station. After get off the tram, walk straight on International Street about 5 minutes to the second signal light, you will see a Ramen restaurant opposites. Turn left and walk straight about 50 meters , you will see the car rental branch is on the right. 2. If you take a taxi, please show the branch address to the taxi driver and he will take you to the branch.

Drop-off Instructions

1. Return the vehicle to the International Street branch, you can take a taxi or take the Naha City Monorail "Yui-rail" to the airport. 2.You can also return the vehicle to the airport branch and after that you can take the free shuttle bus from the branch for transferring to the airport bus (it will take about 20 minutes for bus waiting). The car return information will be provided when you picked up the vehicle.

There is no mandatory requirments for the driver's license holiding time from this store.

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.

The staff at the Meirong Bridge location who spoke Chinese had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in Japan. From start to finish, there was no greeting or smile. They treated other guests the same way, making me question if this is the right attitude for service industry workers. However, at the airport return location, the service was excellent and the attitude was great.

Both pick-up and drop-off were convenient. I borrowed the car in the city and later arranged with customer service to return it at the airport without any extra charges. Good service! The only downside was that extending the rental by 2 hours cost 6,000 yen, so plan your schedule carefully.
