Pick-up Instructions

Your rental will be serviced through National our Drive Alliance partner. Proceed to the National counter to obtain your Alamo rental agreement and vehicle keys.From I-95 northbound:-   Take exit 8 to bottom of ramp. -   Turn left onto Atlantic Street.-   Turn right at Tresser Blvd (third light).-   Turn left onto Grove St. (third light).-   Take the first right onto Main St. 

Drop-off Instructions

6:00 PM - 7:30 AM If returning after hours, please place the keys and the rental jacket in the National return drop box located outside of the rental office on the lower floor of the parking garage.

Canada
Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven in any state in the United States. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico. Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. Please reach to the renting location directly for details on cross-border restrictions.
