Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.     The store is near Ontario Airport, and there is a free shuttle bus. Upon arrival, I found that the store is in a hall where various rental companies are located. Each company's logo is very prominent and easy to find.

    In September, we took a self-guided tour of the West Coast of the USA and chose Alamo car rental near Ontario Airport through QEEQ. The location shares a hall with several other rental companies. Upon entering, we easily found the company's service counter. The front desk staff was very friendly and proficient in their duties (I had booked through QEEQ and had all the necessary documents ready). The self-service pick-up was convenient and quick! The car was in good condition with only 8700 miles on it when I picked it up.
