When you leave the baggage area, go to the ‘rent a car’ area. You will find the OK Mobility office next to the other car rental companies.

Drop-off Instructions

Upon entering the airport, follow the signs to P2. Enter the parking lot and go up to floor number 3 Follow the signs in the parking lot to reach Floor 3. Park your vehicle in one of OK Mobility's parking spaces.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. 1. The car rental company informed us to wait for the shuttle bus at Ibiza Airport P3 parking lot. After waiting for an hour, we found out that the location had been changed to P1 parking lot without any notification, ruining our plans. 2. When we finally reached P1 parking lot, there were no staff present. Passengers rushed to board the shuttle bus as soon as it arrived, causing disorder with no sense of queue or order, regardless of how long people had been waiting.
