The OK Mobility - Ok Svq car hire location is located out of the airport

When you leave the baggage area, go to the ‘rent a car’ area. You will find the OK Mobility office next to the other car rental companies.

Drop-off Instructions

Take exit 532, direction arrivals, rent a car on the right. Continue along the two central lanes towards p1 – rent a car. Enter car park p1 through the rent a car area, the barrier will open by itself. Go to our drop off, where we will receive your vehicle.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. They only informed me at the airport that there were no cars available. They then offered me a Fiat for two, but I had four people and two 28-inch suitcases, which wouldn't fit at all. They refused to contact the rental company and claimed they were too busy to make a call all morning. The rental company's customer service told me they kept hanging up.

I originally booked a manual transmission mini car, but I was given an automatic Citroen C5 Aircross at pickup. The roads in Spain are quite wide, so driving a larger car was no problem. The staff was very friendly, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth.
