Arrivals in Terminal 1 - follow the Rental Car Center signs to Concourse B pedestrian bridge. Arrivals Terminal 2, 3, and 4: proceed to the Rental Car shuttle pick-up area. Upon arrival to the Rental Car Center, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the second floor to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Location does not offer pickup or return service to and from Port Everglades.

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply.     Counter staff is efficient as and it took only some 10 mins to queue despite the long line. Our rental car is pretty new and in excellent condition. The only drawback is third person liability is not included. We paid some extra USD85 for 7 days to get extra cover, which is 1/3 of the 7-day car rental.
