Drop-off Instructions

The Fairbanks Airport is open Monday - Sunday between the hours of 6:30 am and 2:30 am. This location does offer After Hours Return. Customer's will simply park the vehicle in the designated Alamo parking in the rental car parking onsite at the Fairbanks International Airport. Leave keys in the drop box located at the Alamo counter located near baggage claim inside the terminal. Customers are responsible for the condition of the vehicle until business opens.There is no additional charge for using the After Hours Return.

Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven in any state in the United States. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico. Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. I swapped for an SUV at this store and extended the rental for three more days. Returned the car at Anchorage airport service point. The staff there were rude, demanded extra tips, and made things difficult for me for three hours. Even though I had full insurance, they claimed the radiator kept running after locking the car and said I was responsible, fining me $200. It was hard to find their parking spot even with multiple detours.
