Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven in any state in the United States. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico. Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. The car pickup was quick, and the vehicle's condition was decent. However, the staff's attitude was somewhat indifferent, most likely because it's an airport with many tourists. We picked up the car 25 minutes earlier than our scheduled time and noticed they charged us an extra $20. Fortunately, we double-checked and told them we'd return the car earlier, then they promptly canceled the extra charge. Overall, it was pretty good, and I would recommend it.

The car's Bluetooth couldn't connect to my phone, and the service attitude was extremely bad! I will never choose this company again in my life!!
