1. For passengers arriving on international flights at Terminal 1, please proceed to Terminal 2 and look for our counter at Exit 11 in the Domestic Arrival Hall. 2. If you are arriving on a domestic flight at Terminal 2, please make your way to the domestic arrival hall and find our counter at Exit 11. Drop-off Instructions

To return the car rental, please proceed to the parking lot at Gate 11 at Terminal 2, Domestic Arrival Terminal. Kindly contact the counter staff at 66632674744 at least 15 minutes before arrival. Thank you.

Like: Staff is very efficient and friendly. Both pick-up and drop-off time are 5 mins or less. Pick-up and Drop-off point is located within 1 min from ASAP counter. I expected far away because Don Mueang airport is a busy airport.
Dislike: Not about ASAP car rent company. Don Mueang airport where I picked up and dropped off is too busy and not spacious for car park, and trafiic direction sign is unclear... I am sorry again this is not about ASAP car rent company.

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good. I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.
