Pick-up Instructions

Free pick-up and drop-off service to branch for customers from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm serving domestic & international terminals and airport accommodation. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call 1800 620 408 (+61 8 8351 1678) after collecting your luggage. Exit the terminal, cross plaza and follow signs to Bus Collection Zone (behind taxis) where the shuttle will meet you. Closed Christmas Day

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit (IDP) is only a translation. You must present your original driving licence together with the original IDP at the counter — photocopies or scanned copies are not accepted.

Original driving licence + NAATI Translation

The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.

Please use the bridge to reach this location; vehicles are not permitted on the ferry.

Bruny Island
Bookings pick-up in Tasmania are permitted to travel to Bruny Island. Driving is only allowed on sealed (e.g. concrete, asphalt) roads. Any damage to the vehicle caused by driving on unsealed roads will result in an increase to the excess on your booking.

Must-not:

Taking rental cars to following islands is not allowed：
Fraser Island, Magnetic Island, Rottnest Island
Island is not allowed to use ferries, customers can only travel to the island by overland Bridges.

    The phone number provided to call them was incorrect. It went straight to voicemail. We were waiting at the airport with no working contact number. Also, the staff did not do a walk around with me. He said the damage had been photographed so there is no need to worry about it. When I returned the car, the staff member told me there is damage on the door, I told her it was already there. I felt that I had to prove that I didnt damage the car all because the staff member was too lazy to walk around the car with me when we picked it up
