The shuttle bus will arrive within 15 minutes. If you are not arriving by flight please make your way to our office to collect your hire car at Unit 6 Browns Park, Brunswick Industrial Estate, NE13 7GD. You may choose one of the following pick-up options: Option 1 - Saver (Free) Please make your way to Callerton Parkway using the free airport shuttle or the Metro. Once you arrive, call 0191 250 5600 to arrange shuttle collection. Average time 30-40min*. Option 2 - Economy 7GBP Please head to the Short Stay 2 Car Park and call 0191 250 5600 to arrange a shuttle pick-up. Average time 15-20 mins* Option 3 - Priority 12GBP Please head to the Express Pick-Up and Drop-Off area directly outside the terminal building. Wait by the exit barriers and call 0191 250 5600 to arrange shuttle collection. Fast track to the front of the queue at the rental desk. Average time 10-15min* Average times may vary depending on how busy the shuttle.
