This location is available to Cruise Ship Passengers Only. Please take a taxi to Hertz Southampton West Quay Road West Quay Industrial Estate SO15 1GZ. Hertz will deduct the taxi fare from the ship to the branch and back to the ship on your return. The maximum deduction will be no more than u00c2u00a37.50 each way. Your taxi receipt will be required along with proof of passage on the Cruise Ship.No Vehicle Returns to the dockside due to security.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned to Hertz Southampton West Quay Road West Quay Industrial Estate SO15 1GZ. Please phone the location 0843 3093070 at least 1 hour prior to your return in order to arrange transport back to the Cruise Terminal.
