Very satisfied. I originally booked the cheapest Toyota, but when picking up the car, the staff asked me where I was heading. I mentioned I was going to Wollongong and back, approximately a 200km round trip. They ended up upgrading me to a high-end electric vehicle for free. The service was satisfactory, but I was not happy with the Ford Everest model. I originally booked a Toyota Prado and was given the Everest as a replacement. Although the vehicle is large, its interior space is cramped. The floor near the left foot in the driver's cabin protrudes, making long drives very uncomfortable. Additionally, the Everest uses a diesel engine, which provides adequate power for starting off but is noticeably underpowered on the highway. Accelerating and overtaking with the 2.0 diesel engine is challenging.
