The branch is located in the rent a car area inside the airport. The rent a car area can be reached by airport shuttle at the meeting point P5, in front of the taxi stop. The shuttle will take you to the car rental area. Car parks are within the car rental area.

Drop-off Instructions

Generally, there are signs for "Car Return" on the road near the parking lot, please follow the signs to return the car. Asked for pick inside airport, not to walk with heavy cases for a mile, to be picked up by a shuttle bus eventually, very confusing after you booked to pick up inside terminal, also shuttle bus service confusing, even after phoning them, didn't know if I was at the Wright place or being scammed, even during the hand over

Booking said it was In-terminal collection - this wasn’t true! Rental pick up was off-site. Address given is different when put into google maps, so when on foot was a nightmare to find. Didn’t have the car I booked. Petrol wasn’t full. Got charged to wash the vehicle on drop off (no other provider does this). Wasn’t made clear enough that you had to call them on arrival (no other provider does this) to be collected. When given shuttle back to airport they didn’t even drop us at departures, was left on road about 1/2 mile away. All round poor experience and won’t use again or recommend
