When you leave the luggage pickup area, turn left and head towards the car park (ground floor) on the lift or the ramp. Go straight to the end of the corridor and through the glass doors. Turn right and head towards the east hall. There you will find the OK Mobility counter.

If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. They could have had more staff to return cars to in order to expedite. Waited to turn in the car for over 40 minutes. Otherwise worked out great.

The car was great and exactly what we wanted, however, the service was incredibly slow in picking up the car and dropping it off. Paperwork took an extraordinary amount of time, and there were many people waiting in line ahead of us who were also taking a long time to get through their paperwork, so it was not just our problem. We could give the company a higher rating if pickup and dropoff times were reduced drastically. As it was, we spent nearly 2 hours waiting to pick up our car, and it took over an hour to finish the paperwork on dropoff.
