Pick-up Instructions

Please follow the signs for rental cars at the South Terminal located on level 0. If your flight arrives at the North Terminal please follow signs to the South Terminal and use the free monorail, then follow signs for rental cars. IMPORTANT - On arrival at the Europcar desk please ensure you take a TICKET from the ticket machine & watch the screens for your ticket number to be called forward.

Drop-off Instructions

RETURN ZIP CODE - RH6 0NY. Please follow the signs for rental car return at the South Terminal. The return parking lot is the same as pickup. All vehicles must be returned to the South Terminal. IMPORTANT - Please allow up to 10 minutes on return for your vehicle to be checked and to receive your statement of return.
