When you return the car outside the opening hours of the rental location; you have to park the vehicle on a to Enterprise assigned parking inüParking Centrum Oosterdokü (address: Oosterdoksstraat 150, 1011DK Amsterdam). Leave the parking ticket on the dashboard and lock the vehicle. Accordingly place the key in the drop box located in the elevator area.

The tire was damaged, and they left us stranded from 7 PM to 12 AM. They claimed they would help us, replace the car, but in the end, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel at 1 AM. How is a company like this still allowed to operate? Are they aiding and abetting criminals? Moreover, we deposited 750 euros as a guarantee, and today we received a bill charging us around 480 euros for reasons we can't understand. This is more expensive than the rental itself, which we had already paid for in advance! I hope zuzuche can explain why they list such dubious companies.

We booked the car for 13:30 but had to wait an hour until 14:30 to get it. Additionally, even though the fuel tank was full, one bar dropped after driving less than ten kilometers. However, since we returned the car earlier than planned and were only charged for the 5 days we used it, and not the full 21 days as per our contract, they refunded the extra fees. So, I can give an additional point for that.

The car matched the reservation, the staff did not try to sell insurance, and they were very friendly. When returning the car, the staff proactively came out for inspection with a smile the whole time. They even helpfully pointed out the way to the terminal. Very nice service.

At the site, they said the car could fit two suitcases, but the car we got had a short trunk and couldn't fit two. It was a bit disappointing.
