Pick-up Instructions

Located at the Windsor Suites in the concession area of the lobby. Walk into the hotel lobby pass the front desk and go towards the vending area. See the valet in the garage to the left of the hotel front desk. Provide the valet with Rental agreement and they can bring down the vehicle. Please turn the keys in to the garage attendant at the time of return.

Drop-off Instructions

Pull into The Windsor Hotel parking garage. Valet will receive the vehicle and park inside the garage. Proceed to rental counter to finalize return
