Pick-up Instructions

The Cruise Canada - Vancouver car hire location is located out of the airport

Please make your own way to the rental centre, at your own expense. Vehicle departure time for regular renters start at 1:00pm. Please note that the pickup time you select is not guaranteed, please call the rental centre in the morning of departure day to arrange a vehicle departure time. Please do not arrive at the rental centre unannounced. Note: 1. Customers flying in internationally must stay overnight before picking up the vehicle. 2. Use Online Check-In (https://www.rvcheckin.com/) to avoid long queue in the pick up depot.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicles must be returned between 9:00am and 11:00am. Please note that you will need to arrange your own return transfer, at your own expense. Note: The supplier advises customers not to schedule morning or early afternoon flights as it will take time to return your vehicle and transfer to the airport.
