The vehicle may not board or be transported on any vessel of transport, unless authentic prior authorisation has been sought, in writing, from the Lessor. Some of our vehicles are fitted with geolocators and if it is detected that the vehicle has gone beyond the permitted geographical area, it shall be considered a breach of the Contract and the Lessor may charge the Lessee for estimated damages and excess mileage, and this contract shall be terminated immediately for breach of contract on the part of the Lessee and the appropriate legal measures shall be taken. Limited Mileage for crossing-border: All other authorised territories: 300 km per day within the lease period, up to a maximum 3,000 km, 0.4EUR/KM is charged for exceeded mileage
