Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: **Airline Passengers** Proceed to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. **Local Renters** From CA-99 southbound, take Hatch Rd exit, turn left, go over freeway. Turn left onto Mitchell Rd which becomes Airport Way. Continue over the small bridge to the stoplight. Turn left into side road at the airport and continue for about 1/2 mile to the airport which is on the left. CARS: Rental cars are parked across from the airport terminal. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS:
