Pick-up Instructions

After arriving at the airport terminal (when collecting your baggage), call the telephone number on the booking voucher (+39 350 9188495) to request the shuttle service. Follow the indications for the exit. You will see the Green Motion shuttle bus arrive just outside the building. Alternatively, you can reach our office by taking the railway line located on the lower floor of Palermo Airport, which reaches the Palermo "Tommaso Natale" train station in only 20 minutes. Once you get off at this stop, you just need to call the phone number on your booking voucher and the shuttle will pick you up. Tommaso Natale station is only 4 minutes by car from our office. Please call +39 392 2884512 for out-of-hours assistance.

Age requirements

21 - 80 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 21 - 29 years old with charge of EUR 19 per day approximately.

Senior Driver Fee applies at 75 - 80 years old with charge of EUR 25 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:
