If there are no Hertz employees at the Hertz counter at time of pick-up, please use Self Service Kiosk. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation, and your driver license matching the size of a plastic credit card and your passport/national identity card if your driver license is issued outside Sweden. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pincode and must belong to the renter/main driver. The driver license must be in roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card, there must be sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. The Self Service Kiosk is located to the left of the entrance to the service center.
