The staff were very friendly. Just remember to take plenty of photos. They claimed our tire was scratched and wanted to charge for damages when returning the car, but luckily we had taken photos at pickup. Remember to include the store in the pictures and confirm the photo location. Once both photos were sent to the staff, the return process was very quick and successful.
