Pick-up Instructions

To pick up your rental car, please proceed to the Customer Waiting Area. As you disembark you will see signs posted to direct you. Any of the Port Canaveral porters will also gladly point you in the right direction. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes while your cruise ship is in port. Our shuttle busses are blue and have the Enterprise, Alamo, and National logos on the outside of the bus. Our office is located 10 minutes from the port. You can reach us directly at 321-866-0324. Your rental will be serviced through Enterprise our Drive Alliance partner. Proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

Mon - Fri- 5:30pm - 7:30am Sat, Sun- 4pm - 7amIf returning after hours, please place the keys in the return drop box located near the front door.

Driver's License Requirements

There is no mandatory requirments for the driver's license holiding time from this store.

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

Original driving licence + Official embassy translation in English

Please note that your English translation should be authorized by the embassy.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full Driving License issued in United States

Depending on which countries to bring the rental cars to, policies differ:
Canada
Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven in any state in the United States. Vehicles may not be driven into Mexico. Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. Please reach to the renting location directly for details on cross-border restrictions.
