Pick-up Instructions

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Chailease - Taoyuan Dayuan car hire when you arrived.

If you are arriving at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, please proceed to Pillar 18 outside Terminal 1 or Pillar 28 outside Terminal 2. After that, call +886 916781773 to inform us in advance so we can prepare to pick you up. We will then take you to Taoyuan Dayuan to pick up the car.

Drop-off Instructions

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

Taiwan Driving License in China

Original Japanese Driving Licence + JAF

Due to reciprocal driver's license principle in Taiwan, please contact the rental company in advance and let them know your driver's license is issued in what country and state/province, which will help the rental company confirm your eligibility.
