Wendy who was the staff member was excellent. She took me through the whole process of picking up the car and was very clear, her English was superb! She was kind enough to help me with directions through the Waze satnav app, which she set and explained. The experience on our return was just as good and prompt. I can thoroughly recommend Jumbo hire.
