The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

The car rental company was supposed to send someone to the airport for pickup, but they didn't show up. We contacted them by phone before anyone came. When we wanted to exchange the car, they forgot about the appointment location and we couldn't reach them by phone either. It took more than half an hour to finally get in touch. Overall, I find them a bit unreliable, but the car was very nice and new.
