If there are no Hertz employees at the Hertz counter at time of pick-up, please use the self-service kiosk. Identify yourself with the credit card used when placing the reservation, and your driver license matching the size of a plastic credit card and your passport/national identity card if your driver license is issued outside Sweden. The credit card must be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit pincode and must belong to the renter/main driver. The driver license must be in Roman script only. No other form of identification is valid. You will also need your reservation number at time of pick-up. At the time of rental a deposit is obtained on your credit card, there must be sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. The self-service kiosk is located just inside the entrance to the Service Center. To enter the front door use the code you will be receive by email/SMS.
