Pick-up Instructions

The Store is located 1 minute from the train station. When leaving the train station, you must cross Av. Salamanca and go to Av. De la Estación no. 22.\nYou should go along Av. de la Estación to point 1 (pedestrian entrance) and then to floor -2.

Drop-off Instructions

At point 2 signposted, you will find the underground entrance to the car park. You must go down to floor -2.

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter.
