    My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 11:30 PM. To my surprise, Hertz still had staff available. After presenting my name and driver's license, and due to the fact that my reserved V40 was unavailable, they upgraded me to a BMW 520 for free. I was able to rent the car in less than five minutes.
