Pick-up Instructions

The GOLDCAR - Ponta Delgada Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of GOLDCAR - Ponta Delgada Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

After collecting the luggage, customers should leave the main terminal and go outside the building through the first exit door located right in front of arrivals door. Customers must head towards P5 located on the right of the terminal and wait near the "MINI BUS" line (spot 07 marked on the ground) where they will be collected by the Goldcar courtesy bus. If the bus has not arrived yet, the customers can wait there for it. This shuttle bus will take them directly to our office located just outside the airport (no more than 5 minutes distance). Clients must also return their cars to the rental office prior to being taken back to the airport by the Goldcar shuttle service. In case of any delay, customers can contact the Goldcar office using the direct line +351 914348755.
