Pick-up Instructions

The Europcar - Chubu Centrair International Airport car hire location is in terminal

Serviced by Times Car Rental. 1. When you get off the boarding gate, please use the slope to get to Access Plaza. 2. After arriving at the Access Plaza, go down to the 1st floor by the elevator on the right side (next to the convenience store). After proceeding for 30 meters, you will see the sign of Times Car RENTAL. 3. The three companies(Times Car RENTAL, Orix, Nissan) are located in one location. 4. Our staff will guide you to your reserved vehicle after you are done with the rental procedure.

Drop-off Instructions

Vehicle must be returned at least 1 hour prior to flight departure time.Serviced by Times Car Rental. International flights: Return 3 hours before flight, domestic flights: Return one and a half hours before flight. The return location is the same as the pickup location. One-way Customers: Please search the location by MAPCODE (371 668 698) or the address (1-1 Centrair, Tokoname-shi, Aichi). When you reach the return location, the staffs will guide you to the return location.

    This time at Nagoya Airport, the car was serviced by Times. The staff there were very helpful, especially the young lady who spoke excellent English. She went through all the documents with me, page by page, placing them in a plastic folder for me. She then used a flashlight to show me the condition of the car, and sat in the passenger seat to explain all the controls in detail. After thoroughly explaining everything, she bowed and left.
