This was my worst car rental experience ever. It was already dark when I arrived, and it had just rained. They gave me a car covered in scratches and dents. In such darkness, it's impossible to thoroughly inspect the car. When I returned it, a man with a greedy look in his eyes told me I had caused two scratches. I didn't want to emphasize that I have been driving for years; I simply told him that I was traveling with my child and drove very carefully. These scratches could only have been present before I rented the car. However, he was rude and didn't listen. I kept telling him, 1) It was very dark when I arrived; 2) The car hadn't been washed. But he just wouldn't listen. I can only say this is a greedy and dishonest company. I will never choose this company again.

Pretty good, just that the fuel was two bars less when returning the car, and I was charged 1000 rupees, which was in line with their policy. The car condition was also very good.
