Not fantastic
Ordered a transit van but given a Toyota Proace - significantly smaller and almost not fit for the purpose I hired for. Counter agent demanded I fill out a positive review of his service before giving me the van keys… only then to give me keys for a significantly smaller van than I ordered. Not impressed.

Would not use Green Motion again. Both rear lights were out, tank wasn’t full.
I would not use them again. The car had 70k on the clock. Both rear lights were out. They didn’t do a walk round of the car and then queried a scratch. Luckily I took my own photos

Did the job without any major issues
I think I was given a car which was not of the advertised class. As we were with 2 kids tired after the long flight we just took what was given. The car itself was alright though.

Cheap prices for a good service, nice car provider
Green Motion is in a hotel near Mascot. They bring you the car in front of the door, it's nice!

QEEQ were easy & the best price but GREEN MOTION are the worst car hire ive ever experienced !!!
I will NEVER use this company again. Very rude at the pick up desk. Told me i had to buy EXTRA insurance..( i had AXA coverage to 30k...was told it had to be 35k or they wouldn't give me the car!!...I've used AXA with Budget, Avis & SixT with no problem) cost me 72pounds ($100) more. Don't think you are saving money with this company...they are SCAM artists!!!...STAY AWAY !!!

I booked a guaranteed Audi Q3...didn't get the car and was not even mentioned at the pick-up that they're sorry for not giving me the car I booked. Got a Mini Countryman instead which was good but not what I booked. I feel like I overpaid because of this.
