The service was quite good, but the store at T1 train station was hard to find. The car had over 20,000 kilometers and had some scratches, but they were carefully noted.

It took a long time to find, very time-consuming. As a traveler to 51 countries, I didn’t expect such a big company to have no signs at the airport.

Do not rent from this company, and definitely do not use QEEQ. We rented a VW Touareg but were given a Jeep Cherokee. When we complained to QEEQ, they did nothing to solve the issue. Many others in our group who rented a Touareg also did not get one. These two companies are scammers.

They didn't inform me at pickup that the car needed to be cleaned. I was charged 200 yuan when I returned it.

At Terminal 2, the far right side is where all the car rental companies are located. The processing efficiency is decent. They will try to sell you insurance, but I explained that I had already purchased it domestically. Despite this, they insisted that domestic insurance wouldn't be valid. I eventually called QEEQ customer service, confirmed there was no issue, and decided not to purchase additional insurance.

The car rental company is located in the airport, but they didn't give us our Toyota Granvia, instead, we got a Mitsubishi Jeep. The car was in poor condition, both inside and out. We tried to switch cars, but they pretended not to understand and refused.

The store is not located where most car rental companies are; it's in a more hidden place. You have to ask around to find it.

No office at the airport. Waited three hours to get the car. The car was not full of gas, the condition was very poor, the brakes failed halfway, very dangerous. Customer service attitude was okay but very slow. Staff doesn't speak much English, which is a big problem; had to use translation software to translate English to French, very inconvenient.

Absolutely disgusting store! Rude attitude! The greedy owner scammed me out of nearly 10,000 RMB! Beware of that deceitful fat owner! The whole of Morocco seems full of greedy shops! Avoid renting from this store! Poor service! Terrible attitude! Lots of traps! You can easily get scammed!

The process was quite fast and straightforward, but the 180 dirhams cleaning fee for the last car was excessively high. It felt like a rip-off.

Insurance scam. Despite presenting our domestic insurance policy at the time of pickup, the company still took a pre-authorization without our knowledge. When returning the car, they charged us for insurance despite multiple clarifications that we already had it. The staff was rude, and they left before resolving the issue, forcing us to leave without addressing the problem on-site due to our flight schedule. We are extremely angry at this company's dishonest behavior.

The reserved car model could not be provided. Booked a V6 AWD SUV but had to negotiate for almost an hour. Initially given a sedan which was totally unacceptable, ended up getting a city 2.0L four-cylinder SUV, not as promised in the order.

It took about an hour to pick up the car, which was relatively slow. A pre-authorization of 21,600 dirhams was charged on the credit card; it seems that they generally charge a high amount in Morocco.

About Keddy by Europcar: 6.0 /10
We spent an hour looking for the rental company at the airport, asked several people, went back and forth between Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 twice. Everyone said there was no such thing as Keddy by Europcar. Finally, one person told us just to look for Europcar, not Keddy by Europcar. That's how we finally found the rental office. Exhausting!
