The staff insisted on adding insurance, but I couldn't contact the rental platform due to a lack of a working phone card right after exiting the airport. The staff was very rude. I suggested purchasing the premium insurance available on the platform, but they insisted I buy their local insurance within five minutes or they wouldn't rent the car to me.
